Spareshack Ltd is now closed. I would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support however due to several of our main suppliers closing in the last 12 months and continued slow trading conditions I have decided to move on to a new challenge. I will be selling off our remaining stock shortly via the Ducati forums and ebay so keep an eye out.
Information
Spareshack Ltd along with its partner Daniele Moto International (Germany) keeps a large amount of our total range in stock. Some items are special order only but this is stated on their product page on the website.
If placing an order where a deadline for the delivery of parts is essential please make us aware of this at the time of ordering so that we may avoid dissapointment.
All parts, if in stock are shipped within 2 days of the order being placed (excluding weekends).
Spareshack offers a worldwide delivery service
If delays in delivery times are affected by the inadequacies of the postal service please contact us and we will do our best to trace the whereabouts of your package. Please note that unfortunately we have no control over the postal service and quoted delivery times are an estimate unless the package is being shipped by courier / next day delivery service.
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Paypal or cheque.
Please note that orders being paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Payment can be made by either:
1) Using our secure online ordering facilities via this site.
2) By telephone on +44 (0)870 803 1014 where we will be happy to serve you.
3) by Fax on +44 (0)870 803 1015. You must include your order, shipping and payment details.
All payments will be debited in UK pounds Sterling. If ordering from abroad your credit card provider will make the conversion using their own daily rate. The currency converter on our website is in place as a guide only.
For special orders Spareshack Ltd reserves the right to ask for a non refundable deposit as security against the order.
Customs and import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for any surcharges.
If you are located within the EU you are liable to pay VAT on your order at the UK rate of 20%. If you are a VAT registered company placing an order, please provide us with your VAT registration number at the time of order and you will not be charged VAT.
